Shipment & delivery
It costs an amount to get your item delivered. The freight depends on the weight and size of the package. The freight price will be billed when the goods are packed. This will ensure you the best possible shipping price.
We guarantee a good and fair price as we have agreements with several freight companies.
There may be diesel surcharge on certain shipments.
If you are not home when the freight carrier arrives, we will subsequently try to contact you. If this is not possible, and we do not hear from you within 5 business days, we will cancel your order.
Damage or missing
If a product is damaged or suffering from defects, please call us at tel. 49 20 06 96. We ask you to have a receipt or delivery letter ready when you call.
It requires that we know you and your golf club before you can shop in our webshop. If you are a new customer, you must register for the first time with the following personal information:
- Your and your company/Golf Club's full name.
- Postal code and city
- Mobile phone
- Email address
- Optional VAT-number and/or invoice address
We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Once the goods are delivered, you will receive an invoice within a few days. You have 10 days net to pay unless otherwise stated.
Prices on the website are exclusive. VAT added by the approval of the order. All prices are daily prices and are updated on a regular basis. We are subject to printing and pricing errors and sold items.
